JHS Revolution Competition

Jubilee High School is undergoing a revolution! We are currently in the throes of some major investment works that will transform and add to our learning environment as we welcome students back in September 2021. We are truly excited about our transformation!

Whilst we are currently finalising the new design of the school we would love to involve our local community in the process and therefore we need your help, especially from our local primary schools, to assist us with the design of the focal piece of artwork to be placed in one of our exciting new learning areas.

How to enter the Jubilee High School Revolution competition

We have decided on a literacy theme for this competition which is also linked to one of our educational ideologies, developing life-long learners.

As this piece of artwork will be displayed in the library zone, we would like your designs to be inspired by the literacy theme ‘When I read, I dream of...’ as a starting point for creation. However, we encourage all children to be as creative as they like using the medium of their choice (whether it be paint, pencils, collage, or something else)!

We would ask all submissions to be A4 in size and entered into the competition by taking a photo of the design and emailing it to marketing@jubileehigh.surrey.sch.uk by 7th June 2021, along with your child’s name and school.

I started rowing at Jubilee High in Year 7. I’m now a member of Weybridge RC and have won four competitions so far, but it was Jubilee High that gave me the opportunity to get into rowing.
