| Jubilee High School enjoys its own purpose built
campus in the west of Addlestone close to the M25. There are extensive
playing fields, an outdoor hard sports area, tennis courts, a
gymnasium and a sports hall. The school curriculum is delivered
by staff subject teams housed in their own subject areas with
all of the necessary facilities, including ICT, for ensuing quality
teaching and learning.
Over the last two years there have been major refurbishments
and new builds at Jubilee. This includes:-
- New science rooms
- Refurbished ICT rooms
- A new optical fibre ICT network with the latest software
and hardware
- A video conferencing room enabling us to conference with
other schools in the UK and our partner schools in the Netherlands,
China and Africa
- A new library including 20 ICT workstations and offices for
visiting staff
- A new drama studio
- Last and by no means least our very “state of the art”
theatre. We have just produced our first production –
My Fair Lady which was a triumph!
- A new technology building for teaching Design- realisation
& graphics and food technology.
Currently there is building work in two areas providing:-
- New music rooms and music practice rooms
- A Sports centre including a dance studio and the latest in
aerobic and weight training equipment.
